Datcom will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, phone number, e-mail address, mailing address and delivery address. We may share this information, and only that information necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order.
Datcom is committed to reducing the amount of fraud it faces. As a first time customer, you may receive a telephone call or email requesting more information/proof to confirm the details that you have supplied to us. If any of the information you supply is found to be false or misleading, we will, if we deem it appropriate, report this to the appropriate authorities for them to prosecute.
Protecting your details
You are bound and agree to take full responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password. If your username or password is used by an unauthorised person, you are liable. You must at all time indemnify and release Datcom in connection with any use (authorised and unauthorised) of your username and password. Your account may be suspended or cancelled at any time without prior notice to you in this instance.

You are prohibited from storing, downloading, reproducing, communicating, publicising, changing any content or information accessed via this site or Datcom for purposes other than placing an order with Datcom or shopping from the site.
Breach of Terms and Conditions
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account at any time without prior notice to you.
